Our teams will be providing essential work in Stowmarket. The 15 week upgrade will involve phased road closures with access for residents remaining throughout . Our work is set to begin on Monday 28th October and will be completed by end of February 2025.
We will be working across Tavern Street, Finborough Road, and Recreation Road. Installing tough new pipes which will last for decades, future proofing the Stowmarket network.

Our teams are making progress along Finborough Road, we have nearly finished this first section and will be aiming to get all the holes reinstated by early next week. There will be a phased road closure put in place on Finborough Road at the junction of Violet Hill. This will mean that the road will now be operating on a one – way system, for your safety and the safety of our team please use the road accordingly. We are working closely with the Suffolk Highway Authorities to ensure the safety of all the residents and road users.
